These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hbagi platform and all services operated under it. When you visit the hbagi website, create an account, or use any gaming service, you are legally agreeing to these Terms. Please read this document carefully before using the service.

Only persons aged 21 or older may create an account and use hbagi's services. Creating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. If any discrepancy is found during age verification, the account will be suspended immediately.
Geographic Restrictions
Persons in regions or countries where online gaming services are legally prohibited are not entitled to use hbagi. It is the user's own responsibility to be aware of the laws applicable in their area and to act accordingly.
Prohibited Persons
Persons whose accounts have previously been closed, individuals participating in a self-exclusion program, or any hbagi employee or member of their immediate family may not create an account on this platform.
Account Registration & Management
The following rules must be followed when creating and managing a valid account on hbagi:
One Person, One Account
Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be suspended and any deposited balance may be forfeited.
Accurate Information
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. If false or misleading information is provided, hbagi reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any winnings.
Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone else. In the event of unauthorised access, contact the support team immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC)
hbagi reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If the required documents (such as a national ID card or passport) are not provided in time, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
All transactions on hbagi are fully secure and protected by SSL encryption technology. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer through any scheduled bank in Bangladesh. Deposits must come from legitimate sources only. Depositing via a third-party account is prohibited.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. The withdrawal amount will always be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Suspicious Transactions
If any transaction appears suspicious or there is a concern of fraud, hbagi may place that transaction on hold and conduct any necessary investigation. If involvement in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is proven, the account in question will be permanently closed.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
hbagi offers various types of bonuses and promotions. By accepting these bonuses you confirm that you have fully accepted the terms set out below:
Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.
Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means a total of ৳40,000 (৳2,000 × 20) must be wagered before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering calculation does not apply to the original deposit amount.
General Bonus Policy
- A new bonus cannot be claimed before completing an existing bonus.
- Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; winnings may be withdrawn after the wagering requirements are met.
- hbagi reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
VIP Program & Cashback Policy
hbagi's VIP program has five tiers. Players can move from one tier to the next through regular play. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:
Bronze
Up to 0.3% weekly cashback. The first step of the VIP journey — accessible through regular play.
Silver
Up to 0.6% weekly cashback. Enhanced benefits and priority support for active players.
Gold
Up to 0.9% weekly cashback. Special promotions and a dedicated account manager.
Platinum
Up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Exclusive offers, faster withdrawal processing and personalised service.
Diamond
Up to 1.5% weekly cashback. The highest VIP tier — the best benefits, a personal account manager and priority support across all areas.
VIP Terms
- Cashback is credited to the account automatically every week.
- hbagi reserves the right to change VIP tier criteria and benefits.
- VIP tier may be downgraded if an account becomes inactive.
General Rules for Gaming & Betting
All gaming activity on hbagi takes place in a fair and transparent environment. The following rules apply to all users:
Fair Play Policy
The outcome of all games on the hbagi platform is determined in a technically impartial and random manner. No user may use system vulnerabilities, bots or unauthorised software to gain an unfair advantage.
Prohibited Activities
- Using any unauthorised automated system or bot.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
- Coordinating with others to abuse bonuses.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same household or IP address.
- Harassing or deceiving other users.
Outcome Disputes
If a dispute arises over a game result, the user concerned must notify the support team in writing within 24 hours. hbagi will review the system logs, make a final decision, and that decision will be considered binding.

- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Involvement in fraud, bonus abuse or improper conduct.
- Providing false or incorrect identity information.
- Proven operation of multiple accounts by the same person.
- Found to be involved in money laundering or any other illegal activity.
Account Closure at the User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled and any valid balance will be returned.
